What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original packaging. Please note that used coffee filters or opened consumables are not eligible for return due to hygiene standards.
Do your electric products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Fellow electric products, including kettles and grinders, come with a standard 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects.
How do I clean and maintain my Fellow products?
We recommend hand-washing all carafes and kettles with warm, soapy water. Avoid abrasive sponges to preserve the finish, and never submerge electric bases in water.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to customers in the US and Canada. For other regions, please check our store locator to find an authorized international retail partner.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of order placement.
