At Fellow, we stand by the quality of our brewing equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't a perfect fit for your home cafe, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
